If you intend to file for your website or app, having a domain name is a necessity. However, not all TLDs support filing.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China has listed the TLDs eligible for filing on its official website. You can refer to the list below.

MIIT may periodically update the list of TLDs eligible for filing. Therefore, you can also check the latest domain name extension list on MIIT's official website.
Another point to note is that, in order to complete the real-name verification of domain name owners during filing, the domain name used for filing must be registered with a registrar in China. Therefore, you cannot register a domain name with foreign registrars such as Godaddy, Namecheap, etc. Major domain name registrars in China include Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Baidu Cloud, etc.
